If I place an order online and after receiving it, it is not to my liking, if I return it, will you return the money?

When it comes to clothing, the answer is yes. Once you receive your order you have 15 days to make your return. To do this, you just have to send us the package with the garment together with the corresponding invoice to the following address:

Once we receive the garment, we will make the corresponding refund of the entire garment. In the event that the product is returned in poor condition (with stains, discolored, used, broken, etc.), the corresponding payment will not be made. The garment will be re-sent to the customer assuming the shipping costs.

Exceptions to the return policy:

Returns of online purchases are not accepted in countries outside the EUROPEAN UNION or from the CANARY ISLANDS.

Returns of accessories are not accepted: earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, scarves, hair clips, bags, hair items and the like.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If we have it in stock and the shipment is within Spain, the delivery times are 48/72 working hours from the purchase. Currently the shipping deadlines may be altered by the emergency situation.

If I make a purchase in the physical store and when I get home and try it on I don't like it, can I change it? Do you return the money?

Once you have made the purchase in the physical store, you have 15 days to return the garment or garments. If you decide to return your purchase, you can exchange it for another item from the store or you can request a voucher for the entire purchase. The voucher is valid for 3 months. If you need more time, stop by the store before 3 months.

 

How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

 

We have a policy of single price per shipment:

 

Within the SPANISH territory (except Canary Islands): 5.-€ (free shipping for purchases over 100.-€)

Canary Islands, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany: €18.- (free shipping for purchases over €300.-)

 

Rest of the world (AMERICA, ASIA, AFRICA, OCEANIA) the shipping price is €50 (€40 for purchases over €500).

If I place an order online, to make a size change, what steps do I have to follow?

You simply have to send us an email to comercial@silviamanzana.com,  informing us of your change in size and we will contact you as soon as possible to make it effective.

 

If your product is Silvia Manzana clothing, and you need another size... in your first size change the RETURN AND SHIPPING COSTS are Free if the shipment is within Spain: If you receive your garment and see that you need another size, contact sending an email to comercial@silviamanzana.com. If we have availability, we will inform you of the steps to follow to return the garment and send the new size. Your first change will not have return or shipping costs!

 

Where do we make our garments?

We have our own workshops in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The entire process of design, pattern making, marking, cutting and sewing is carried out with staff from the Region. The selected raw material is from local suppliers. Our production is 100% local, made in Spain, committed to responsible consumption and production.
