After eight hours of screen and phone the green of Central Park makes its way before my eyes. I walk to the sound of my heels hugged by a jacket of sunset flashes. I walk slowly so as not to forget myself. I am not asphalt. I feel the creative power of the city, of entire Manhattan, the power of being a woman and stopping time this afternoon.|
